Step 1 Interested Family Sign Up
Complete an Interested Family Sign Up. This will inform our administrative team of your interests in HEARTS and get you added to our mailing list.
Step 2 Interested Parent's Meeting
Join us at an Interested Parent's Meeting. It is our opportunity to introduce ourselves, give a brief description of who we are, and answer questions. Be sure to RSVP at Admin@heartsforjesuschrist.org so we can adequately plan for you.
Step 3 Ready to Apply?
Go to Join Now to fill out your contact information and tell us when you attended an interested parent's meeting.
Step 4 Meeting with a member of the Admin team
Once you have indicated that you would like to join HEARTS by filling out the Join Now form you will be contacted by the Administration team to set up
a one-on-one meeting to answer any questions you may have and to make sure that HEARTS is a fit for you and your family.
