Your personal profile and directory information can be accessed by other website members, limited to only HEARTS
for Jesus Christ members who have registered with our site and have been approved by our webmaster.
Your answers to all registration questions, including but not limited to, class and programming choices, health concerns,
physical limitations with regards to MAPs, will only be accessed by our administrators and webmaster. Shall the governing
Board of HEARTS for Jesus Christ request access to your registration materials, or any information included in them, such
information shall be shared with the current governing Board.

Current enrolled students between the ages of 13-18 may register for their own separate log on and thereby be registered on our website.
Students may do this to access class information, calendar dates, and current events, news, and notices.
Students who choose to register with our site must receive parental consent to register with our site.

or ask that the student not be given log in access, or that the student's log in access be revoked by sending an email request to IT Director
Chuck Camps at chuck.camps@heartsforjesuschrist.org. Our IT Director will confirm
receipt of your email and contact you when the requested change of status has been made, pursuant to 16 C.F.R. § 312.4(d)(1).
Registered student information will be kept secure and will only be accessed by our Administrator and administrative assistants for
registration and maintenance purposes, and our IT Director for website maintenance purposes.
